Established in 2010 by a small group of food enthusiasts, who with 40+ combined fine food manufacturing experience, identified a gap in the market for a snack that was delicious, exceptional quality and totally natural.
They started producing the first snacks by hand in a refurbished coffee roaster. Production has now moved to a facility in Somerset.
They carefully tumble and marinate their gourmet snacks with fresh herbs and foraged ingredients, giving them their distinctive tase which has won more than 45 taste awards.
All of Mr Filberts recipes are oven roasted by hand and not oil fried making for snacks that are naturally healthier.
