Q. What is your minimum order value?
A. We don't have a minimum order value and we offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £150. free delivery is offered on orders over £250 to non-mainland UK orders (including highlands & Islands, Northern Island, Channel Isles and the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly)
Q. How many brands of products do you sell?
A. We have almost 100 brands encompassing over 1300 fine food, beverage, and home & giftware products.
Q. Do you have a trade brochure?
A. You can look at our online brochure here alternatively if you'd prefer a hard copy, give us a call on 01452 225175 and we can send one out to you.
Q. What days do you delivery in our area?
A. We do not operate set delivery days, instead we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of them being placed, we will also ensure we contact you prior to dispatching your order to discuss any out of stock items so it isn't a surprise when your order arrives.
Q. Do you offer key account discounts?
A. Instead of nominating key accounts we prefer to reward customers for their loyalty and as part of our "high fives" incentive all customers can benefit from 5% discount of orders of £500.
Q. Do you offer any other offers and promotions?
A. Each month we will send you our monthly promotions offering savings of up to 25% OFF.
Q. Isn't it more expensive to order from a wholesaler or distributor?
A. Due to the close relationships we have built with our producers you will generally find that our prices are the same as going direct to them.
Q. How do you choose the products in your range?
A. When selecting products for our collection we prefer not to include ranges available in major supermarkets. All products are taste tested and picked for their flavour, quality and provenance.
