CRWST began with hard working entrepreneurs, Osian and Catrin, they wanted to move back to West Wales to create a unique and relaxed food experience accessible to all.
Osian is a trained chef, he discovered his love for cooking at a young age whilst baking with his Mamgu in Blaenffos, West Wales. Simple, delicious treats would come from the kitchen, including the family favourite, ‘Welshcakes Mamgu’.
Leap forward 20 years and in 2016 CRWST was set up from that very kitchen!
