CRWST began after hard working entrepreneurs, Osian and Catrin had spent a summer in France. They came back inspired and moved to West Wales with the vision to create a unique and relaxed food experience for all.
Osian is a trained chef and discovered his love for baking at a young age whilst baking with his Mamgu.
CRWST initially began in 2018 as a café and a bakery, which was a great success. Following the requests of many customers, during the pandemic in 2020 the CRWST jars were created, so people could enjoy the taste of Osian’s sauces at home.
