The Shropshire Spice Company began life in the Old Chapel in Clunton, Shropshire in the mid 1970’s set up by a group of friends. The aim was to produce high quality recipes that could be sent through the post and also provide employment for the locals.
Herbs and spices were lightweight and with the growing popularity of home cooking, the business was born. As it grew, the business moved to the neighbouring village of Clun in the mid 1990’s.
Although they are perhaps best known for their stuffing range. Shropshire Spice also produce a range of ‘So Simple’ cook in spice blends and drink infusions.
