The Coconut Kitchen range of authentic Thai sauces and curry pastes were originally developed from the dishes served in The Coconut Kitchen restaurant.
The original co-founders started the business in Abersoch, North Wales in 2007. They had great success over 11 years, winning “Best Oriental Restaurant Award” at the Food Award Wales, 2 years running.
In 2018, they decided to focus their energies on creating cooking sauces and curry pastes for retail, and the restaurant was sold. Since then, The Coconut Kitchen brand has grown to offer 15 products and has 12 Great Taste Awards.
